 Summary

Gokū and Bulma eventually arrive at Kame's house and meet Umihra. He then calls Kame-Sennin, and the turtle hermit asks if Gokū has found his grandfather's dragon ball, to which Gokū replies that he hasn't found it yet. The young boy then makes Bulma return from her shrunken state, surprising Kame-Sennin and leading Bulma to explain the device that allows her to change her size. After being harassed, Gokū asks if they can use the Hermit Turtle submarine, which Kame-Sennin accepts in exchange for the shrink device, revealing that Kulilin and Lunch used the underwater capsule to make the purchase.
Meanwhile at Red Ribbon Army Headquarters , while Goku's movements confuse Commander Red, his assistant assumes that the young boy must be working with a genius scientist, as no one with Goku's intellectual level could build such an advanced radar that would easily track the Dragon Balls. .
