 Summary

After defeating Taopaipai, Gokū detects the dragon balls at the Red Ribbon Army headquarters and is determined to take them back despite Upa's fears. As the young boy calls his Kintoun, Lt. Black informs Commander Red that Lt. Violet has arrived with the sixth Dragon Ball. They soon discover that another dragon ball is headed their way, and Red assumes her Taopaipai, even though it's actually Goku.

A small tracking robot begins to chase the young boy, and it is revealed that the flying Machine was Bulma's invention, which earned the woman the praise of the Kame-Sennin. While Bulma, Kame-Sennin, and Lunch use the robot to track Gokū back at the Kame House, Lunch realizes that the boy is heading to the Red Ribbon Army headquarters. The robot then quickly walks past Gokū to the military base, with the boy confirming that the robot's speed is faster than his Kintoun's.

After the robot is shot down by the military, Gokū launches an attack on the military base. While the Red Ribbon Army is shocked to discover that the dragon balls they discovered are Gokū's and not Taopaipai's, Bulma, Lunch, Kame-Sennin, and Umigame try to find a way to help Gokū. Umigame then gives a frantic Bulma the idea to build a new phone to connect with her father and get Yamcha, who gathers Pu'ar and Oolong to help Gokū fight the Red Ribbon Army.
