 Character Synopsis

Goku is unable to understand how there is anyone stronger than Toppo in Universe 11, and this "Jiren" has no interest in becoming a God of Destruction either! Goku is excited about the tournament and the possibility that so many strong guys will be there; Toppo thinks that Goku is pretty special.
The High Priest announces that each universe will select ten contestants and that knocking an opponent out of the ring is a form of disqualification. The tournament will last 100 bars (approximately 48 minutes) and will be a battle royale in which all opponents will fight in the ring at the same time. The team with the most fighters left at the end will be the winner, or if there is only one fighter left, of course that fighter's universe will be the winner. The Super Dragon Ball will be awarded to the strongest fighter; as such, he asks the high priest to give Champa the three he has already collected, and they collect the remaining orbs.
