 Character Synopsis

Goku and Bulma continue on Kinto-Un until they reach Kame House. Goku greets "Urigome" but the turtle corrects him saying his name is Umigame. Umigame calls Kame-Sen'nin and says that Goku has arrived. So Kame-Sen'nin comes out and asks if the Dragon Ball Son Gohan memento has been found yet. Because no, Kame-Sen'nin asks why he's here. Goku wants Bulma to explain, so she jumps out of his shirt and grows back to normal size. Kame-Sen'nin asks how she did it, so Bulma explains how she invented this microtape. Bulma soon gets to the point and asks Kame-Sen'nin if he has an undersea capsule they can borrow. Kame-Sen'nin asks what they want it for and Goku says that the Dragon Ball is at the bottom of the ocean and too far away to sink. Kame-Sen'nin says he'll lend it to them, and Bulma thinks it was too easy. "Assuming…" Bulma is worried now. "...give me the shrink machine." Bulma was very relieved that that was all he wanted. She thought he might have told her to give her underwear or pafu pafu. Bulma hands over her microstrip and asks for the undersea capsule, but Kame-Sen'nin says that Kuririn and Lunch took it shopping.
At Red Ribbon HQ, Red wonders why the brat suddenly stopped moving. Black thinks the kid might have friends, one of whom might be the amazing scientist who invented his excellent radar. Red agrees and realizes that where he stopped must be his base. She tells him to contact General Blue and have him scout the place and find the enemy's hideout. Blue picks up the phone and receives orders at Blue Company's temporary base. Still waiting for Kuririn and lunch, Bulma asks Umigame where the bathroom is and he says it's inside to the left. Kame-Sen'nin thinks now is his chance, then yawns and tells Umigame and Goku that he's going to watch TV. Once inside, he shrinks back and runs under the bathroom door, intending to see some good things. Catching Bulma with her pants down, she gets excited and jumps into the bathroom. But Bulma zips up her pants and can't believe she's done. She then suddenly slips and falls into the bowl and Bulma washes her away. Bulma wonders what that noise is (Kame-Sen'nin screaming) as she washes her hands.
