Character Synopsis

Goku gets to the top of the tower and at the top is a huge platform supporting the palace. He climbs out of the tower through a hole in the floor, wondering where the power-up is among all the strange things. As he looks over some strange barrels of water, a voice calls him to come. Goku leaves the room and heads upstairs to a large round room with no walls, just a railing and a ceiling supported by pillars. An old cat with a wand is standing there saying that he was impressed by how quickly the chibi got up and Goku tells him that he is an even bigger chibi. Goku wants to know where the sen'nin is and the cat says it's him but he's more of a cat hermit.
Goku asks about the strange water that feeds you because he wants to drink it. “Ah, super holy water. The cat points to her in a glass on a stand in the middle of the room. He wants to know why Goku wants this and Goku starts to explain, but the cat tells him to shut up and then stares at him for a moment. "Indeed. You're collecting the Dragon Balls to bring Up's father back to life. But you can't do that until you become stronger than the tao Pai-pai person…" Goku freaks out and wants to know how. he knew that without talking and the cat says he can read minds because he is a sen'nin. The cat says his intentions are not impure.
