 Character Synopsis

Goku can't believe it took Kame-Sen'nin three years, and Karin wonders how long it will take him. Goku says he can't wait that long and decides to get serious. He jumps away leaving some remains and Karin recognizes Zanzōken. Karin's jump kick kicks into the air, Goku misses and Goku lunges at Karin in the air from above, but it was just a remnant and Goku dives to the ground. Karin knows how to counter Zanzōken. Goku can't believe he's already out of breath, and Karin explains that the air is thinner up here. Karin also says that he probably didn't notice how much he got stronger when he climbed Karin Tower.
Karin then picks up Goku's pouch and Goku tells him to give it back. However, he throws it over the edge instead, so Goku runs down the tower to get it back because it would be terrible if the Red Ribbon Army got it. He grabs it and runs all the way back to the tower, yelling at Karin. Karin laughs and explains that it took Goku all day to get here the first time, but this time it only took him three hours to get there and back. Then they start hunting again until night falls. They both go to sleep and Goku wakes up. He goes for water, but then decides against it. Karin thinks he is honest, unlike Muten Rōshi.
