Dragon Ball Manga Vol.31 Chapter 373 : Prevent It! Cell’s Perfect Form

 

 

 Summary:

Second cell form: more human shaped and pretty muscular. His legs smoothed out like he was wearing boots and his hands became more human. His face is also more human-shaped, with lips, human eyes (as opposed to the snake-like ones he had before), and no nose. Cell looks at the artificial people and smiles, then #16 grabs #18 by the arm and flies away. Cell flies out and immediately appears in front of them and Number 16 can't believe his speed. Tenshinhan thinks it's terrible and then decides to do something about it. “Sorry, Chiaotzu. I'll probably die." Cell says they won't get away from him and says the speed was a surprise even to him. It's obviously from absorbing number 17 and Cell asks if it's the same with his power.

#16 punches Cell really hard in the face, but Cell just smirks, completely unaffected. He then puts his hand right up to #16's face and punches him. He hits the ground hard, smoking from his head. Cell says that his strength has increased significantly as well. She turns to number 18 and says it's her turn. He puts his hand on his chest and tells Cell if he gets any closer, he'll blow himself up, and he wouldn't want that. Then Cell starts speaking in the voice of number 17. He says that it feels good to be a part of Cell and she should also be absorbed and become a part of this final life form. Number 18 is a bit unsure, but Number 16, missing a large part of his head, tells him not to listen, Cell is just using his voice. Cell tells him to shut up, a robot wouldn't understand how he feels. He then turns back to #18 and tells her not to worry and come get this ultimate power. Together, they can fulfill the will of "Doctor Gero-sama" to defeat Son Goku and rule the entire world.

With his hands forming a triangle, Tenshinhan announces his Shin Kikōhō and fires it at Cell. This is definitely much stronger than just a regular Kikōhō and creates a giant pit in the ground. Tenshinhan yells at #18 to stop standing there and get out of here as Cell starts flying out of the pit. Tenshinhan fires another Shin Kikōhō at Cell, and Number 18 runs over to Number 16, asking him if he can fly. Tenshinhan fires another one. Meanwhile, Goku yells, "Give it up, stop it!! Stop it, Tenshinhan!!! If you use another Kikōhō, you'll die!!!"
