Dragon Ball Manga Vol.40 Chapter 483 : Majin Boo and Friends
Summary:
Satan cries as he reads "The Dog of Flanders" to Boo, who laughs and thinks it was funny. Boo decides it's time to go kill again now that they've finished reading, but Satan refuses to go with him, instead offering to stay home and cook. After Boo leaves, Satan calls him a fool and spews out other little threats. Satan goes back inside and pulls out dynamite from his bag, which is strong enough to blow up a tank. Once he hits the "remote switch" he saves the world. Satan hides dynamite in a pot, hoping that Boo will return soon. Meanwhile, an old couple walks, hoping to hide in the mountains to be safe from Boo. Suddenly, an old woman is shot in the head by a sniper.
Sniper tells his cohort that he's always wanted to shoot people, and since Majin Boo will kill everyone anyway, he's doing it now. He wants his cohort to blast the old man, which he also likes, and he finds that he likes it too. The two then get into a car and decide to head to a town where there are more people left. Back at Boo's house, Satan is busy cooking and thinking about how he can be a hero when he notices Boo returning. Satan apologizes and says he's still cooking, but Boo brought the puppy with him. Boo says the puppy isn't afraid and won't run away. Satan says it looks like the puppy has a hurt leg. Boo then decides to cure it so the puppy can get scared and run away.
But instead of running, the puppy acts friendly. Boo doesn't understand, so Satan explains that the puppy is happy to be helped and that Boo has taken a liking to him. Boo then tries to run away, but the puppy happily follows him. Boo asks if the puppy really likes him, and Satan says it seems like he does. Boo thinks he must be like Satan, and Satan admits that he likes Boo too. Boo is happy and offers the puppy chocolate, but Satan says that chocolate is bad for dogs and he needs dog food. Boo doesn't know what it is, so Satan offers to buy some. Satan rides off on a remote scooter and prepares to detonate the dynamite, but the sight of Boo and the puppy playing makes him change his mind.
A sniper and his cohort drive through the city, shooting everything with machine guns. 38, 39, 40 people. The cohort is worried that Majin Boo might show up since he's supposed to live nearby, but the sniper insists that it's okay since they have these powerful bazookas. In the house, the puppy likes his dog food, but Boo thinks it's gross. Satan wants to know something from Boo... Why is he killing people and destroying houses? Boo says it's fun. Bibbidi and Bobbidi said that's the way to play. Satan asks who they are and Boo says they are his creators and they are bad. Satan says that if they are bad, he should not listen to them and should not kill or destroy. Boo asks if he really thinks it's bad, and Satan says he does. Boo then promises not to kill or destroy anymore.
Satan thinks he really is a hero and really saved the world. The sniper and his cohort are now approaching Boo's house in the car, and the cohort has a lot more to worry about than the sniper. Boo and the puppy play with a ball and Boo throws the ball outside. The puppy chases after him, but is suddenly shot by a sniper from the top of a small cliff. The cohort wonders if that's Mr. Satan down there with Majin Boo as Boo looks completely shocked.
